Welcome to Doriva India. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. Use of Our Website

You may use our website for browsing and purchasing products. By using our website, you confirm that:

You are at least 18 years old, or are using the website with a parent/guardian’s consent.
You will not use the website for unlawful purposes or misuse its services.
All information provided by you is accurate and complete.

We reserve the right to restrict or cancel access for violations of these terms.

2. Products & Orders

Our regular collection is made to order. Product details, sizing, colours, and customizations should be checked and confirmed before placing an order.

Once an order is placed, changes or cancellations are subject to our Store Policy.

Doriva India reserves the right to accept or reject an order at its discretion.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in INR (₹) unless stated otherwise. Prices and product availability may change without prior notice.

Orders are processed only after full payment is received. Available payment methods will be shown at checkout or communicated by our team.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Regular collection orders require approximately 15–20 business days for production, followed by approximately 4–7 business days for delivery after dispatch.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary by location. Once an order is dispatched, the final delivery timeline is determined by the courier company. Doriva is not responsible for delays caused by courier operations, weather, public holidays, strikes, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.

For international orders, shipping charges and delivery timelines will be communicated separately.

Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate.

5. Cancellation, Exchange & Store Policy

Returns and refunds are not available. Size exchange is available for the same product only, subject to the conditions in our Store Policy.

Exchange requests must be made within 2 days of delivery, and the product must meet all eligibility requirements.

Custom-size, personalized/custom-design, and Priority/Express orders are non-exchangeable.

Please refer to our Store Policy for complete cancellation, exchange, shipping, RTO, and damaged/missing item terms.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including images, text, logos, designs, graphics, and product content, belongs to Doriva India and may not be copied, reproduced, modified, or used without prior written permission.

7. User Content

If you voluntarily submit reviews, testimonials, photographs, or messages through WhatsApp, email, or other channels, you allow Doriva India to use them for marketing or promotional purposes, unless you request otherwise.

8. Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to third-party services such as payment platforms or courier tracking websites. Doriva India is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of these external websites.

9. Limitation of Liability

Doriva India is not responsible for losses or delays resulting from:

Courier or delivery delays
Incorrect information provided by the customer
Incorrect product use or care
Website errors, interruptions, or technical issues
Events beyond our reasonable control

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Doriva India and its team from claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the website, violation of these terms, or violation of any applicable law or third-party rights.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Chandigarh, India.
