Welcome to Doriva India. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

 

1. Use of Our Website

 

You may use this website for browsing and purchasing our products. By using the site, you confirm that:

    •    You are at least 18 years old, or accessing with a parent or guardian’s consent

    •    You will not misuse the website for unlawful purposes

    •    You agree to provide accurate and complete information when placing an order

 

We reserve the right to suspend or cancel access for users who violate these terms.

 

2. Product and Order Terms

 

All products are made to order. Customizations, colors, and sizing must be confirmed before payment. Once an order is placed and payment is received, it cannot be canceled or changed unless approved by our team.

 

Doriva India reserves the right to accept or reject any order at its sole discretion.

 

3. Pricing and Payment

 

All prices listed on the website are in INR (₹) unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices or discontinue products at any time without notice.

 

We currently accept payments via:

    •    Manual UPI/Bank Transfer (shared via WhatsApp)

    •    Other methods as instructed upon checkout

 

Orders will be processed only after full payment is received.

 

4. Shipping and Delivery

 

Processing time for made-to-order items is typically 10 business days. Once dispatched, delivery within India takes 5–12 business days via Trackon.

 

For international orders, timelines may vary and will be communicated via WhatsApp. Shipping delays caused by courier companies, customs, or natural events are beyond our control.

 

5. Return & Exchange Policy

 

We do not accept Exchanges. Return has following terms:

​

・Claims for missing items, wrong products, or defective items will be accepted only with a clear, unedited 360° parcel opening video.

​

・Returns are accepted only if the product is 100% unused, unworn, and in original condition. Any signs of use, damage, stains, or alterations will make the return ineligible for a refund.

​

・Custom size/design orders and priority or fast delivery orders are not eligible for return under any circumstances.

​

・The return shipment must be arranged by the customer using any courier service of their choice or via the Delhivery Direct app. We are not liable to bear or reimburse return shipping charges.

​

・Approved returns will be refunded after deducting ₹50 (50% of shipping charges).

6. Intellectual Property

 

All content on this website — including images, text, logos, designs, and graphics — is the property of Doriva India. Unauthorized use, copying, or reproduction of any content is strictly prohibited.

 

7. User Content

 

If you submit reviews, testimonials, or messages (via WhatsApp or email), you grant us the right to use that content for marketing or promotional purposes unless explicitly requested otherwise.

 

8. Links to Third-Party Websites

9. Limitation of Liability

 

Doriva India is not liable for:

    •    Delays in delivery

    •    Incorrect product use

    •    Data loss or technical issues on the website

    •    Customer errors (e.g., incorrect address, size)

 

Our liability, in any case, will be limited to the value of the product purchased.

 

10. Indemnification

 

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Doriva India and its team from any claims, damages, or expenses resulting from your misuse of the website, breach of terms, or violation of any laws or third-party rights.
