Return & Exchange Policy

RETURN & REFUND POLICY (REVISED) (CLAIM TO BE MADE WITHIN 1-2 DAYS OF DELIVERY)

Exchanges

At the moment, we do not offer exchanges.

You’re welcome to place a fresh order once your refund is processed.

 

Returns

・Claims for missing items, wrong products, or defective items will be accepted only with a clear, unedited 360° parcel opening video within 1-2 days of delivery.

Returns are accepted only if the product is 100% unused, unworn, and in original condition. Any signs of use, damage, stains, or alterations will make the return ineligible for a refund. CLAIM TO BE MADE WITHIN 1-2 DAYS OF DELIVERY.

Custom size/design orders and priority or fast delivery orders are not eligible for return under any circumstances.

The return shipment must be arranged by the customer using any courier service of their choice or via the Delhivery Direct app. We are not liable to bear or reimburse return shipping charges. We can also arrange pick up for you if requested.

Approved returns will be refunded after deducting shipping charges.

 

Please check the size chart carefully before placing your order to avoid returns.

 

WHY EXCHANGES ARE PAUSED

 

Due to high shipping and return costs, frequent delays, and cases of misuse (used items or refusal after production), managing exchanges has become difficult.

To keep things transparent and fair for everyone, we’ve temporarily suspended exchanges.

 

RTO (RETURN TO ORIGIN) POLICY

 

An order is marked RTO if it returns to us due to:

 

Customer refusal

Incorrect/incomplete address

Wrong phone number or no response at delivery

 

Please ensure your contact and address details are correct and track your order regularly.

If the parcel is refused or returned to origin (RTO), the full shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.

​Customers are responsible for tracking their orders and reporting any tracking issues within 1–2 days. While we may attempt to notify you if your parcel is being returned and inform you if pickup from the courier office is possible, the customer is primarily responsible for the parcel once it has been shipped. In case of any issues, we will be happy to assist you.
